Return and Refund Policy

For your satisfaction, we ensure that you always get food delivery according to your requirements. Our return and refund policy enhance the trust of our customers in our determination. 

General Information 

All orders are subject to product availability. In case we are out of stock of an item at the timyou place your order and we are unable to produce the item within a short period of time, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.  

Delivery Location 

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson (Clark County). We also accept orders from non Clark County customers for some of the our goods after conformation by phone who are shipping to addresses in US. Any shipments outside of US are not available at this time. 

Delivery Time 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the product availability and time for preparing. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order ASAP within the same day of the date of your order. For delivery in Weekends and holidays call us in the bakery business hours Mon – Fri, 10 am to 6 pm at 702 380 0016. 

Delivery Instructions 

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. 

Wrong order 

Our management team ensures that you get the right food delivered at your place. However, if you get the wrong order delivered, then, you can simply contact us and let us know. We can make suitable changes in the transactions and provide the right food. 

Bad food 

Though we always cook our food with the freshest ingredients, we feel that it is our responsibility to provide assurance regarding the bad food. If you feel that the food is in bad quality, call us and let us know. We will take care of the inconvenience and provide you suitable refunds. 

Cancellation of the order 

We are unable to provide refunds for the return of the food. Also, if you cancel the order after the food has been cooked, the cancellation is not acceptable. For more information, you should contact us. 

Damaged Items in Transport  

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 702 380 0016.
