Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson (Clark County). We also accept orders from non Clark County customers for some of the our goods after conformation by phone who are shipping to addresses in US. Any shipments outside of US are not available at this time. If the provided address is incomplete or there is no access to the address, we will contact you and if customer is unavailable we will wait for 15 minutes before marking the order as ready for pick up at our bakery located at 2103 Western Avenue, Las Vegas, NV, 89102 and we will keep it there for 3 business days, except Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Please contact Luchkoff Patisserie before picking up an order from our bakery
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the product availability and time for preparing. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
We will make this delivery on the day after your order. All orders from Sunday and Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. If we have availability, we will deliver your order the same day. We will contact you before delivery. Orders are usually delivered between 11 am and 5 to 6 pm.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order ASAP. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
